2020欧洲杯首页The Tucker Hipps Transparency Act is named after Tucker Hipps, a  19 year old Clemson University Sigma Phi Epsilon pledge who was found dead after an early morning run with his pledge class in the fall of 2014.

Tucker's family believed his death was a hazing incident and became strong advocates for accountability. The Tucker Hipps Transparency Act was signed into law on June 9, 2016.

2020欧洲杯首页The states that all public institutions of higher education, excluding technical colleges, must provide a public report of actual findings of violations of the institution's Conduct of Student Organizations by fraternity and sorority organizations formally/currently affiliated with the institution.

Lander University's Transparency Report
In compliance with the Tucker Hipps Transparency Act, Lander University provides a full report on violations of the Student Code of Conduct by student organizations for offenses involving alcohol, drugs, sexual assault, physical assault, and hazing. You can view specific information,  listed by academic year,  in the  university's Tucker Hipps Transparency Act Report (PDF).

  • General description of the incident
  • When the event occurred
  • Date the citation was issued
  • Name of the offending organization
  • Date the organization was charged with misconduct
  • Date the investigation was initiated
  • Charges, findings and sanctions placed on the organization
  • Date when the matter was resolved
